I want to make a website, as well as just learn how, and learn Flash. Also doesn't hurt to have everything else it comes with.
bought one of these today from work, this thing is amazing!

CS4 is a giant steaming pile of horse shit. Adobe should be ashamed of it.
Flash & Dreamweaver aren't. The new animation tools, GUI layouts, and built in IK are great, and for Dreamweaver built in SVN is the most worthwhile addition to it since CS2 was released. Aside from that I wouldn't say it's a steaming pile of horse shit, it just isn't worth upgrading from CS3 if you already purchased it.
I went the the Design Premium cause it had several programs I was interested in, but at a fraction of the cost. $435 total for everything it came with. I had no need for PS CS4, but see it more as bonus, and if it sucks I can just go back to PS CS3.
You won't go back to CS3, I've been using CS4 daily (Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Fireworks for the most part) for months and have had zero issues with it besides it not being a huge upgrade from CS3. Luckily I didn't have to pay to upgrade since for a full software suite update it was overall kind of weak.
