It's an expression. Plus it's easier to say than "the game has been approved by Microsoft's quality assurance process and therefore can be released onto the Xbox Live Arcade game distribution system for public consumption." ;)

It's not a major advantage since every VR can use dash freeze cancels.
It's easy, you DON'T MISS! :) It's a high risk maneuver, so basically just don't try it unless you have a high chance of success.
Striker is a joke, Battler all the way! Seriously, I don't know about this one.
I don't know about this one either.
I don't really know, dispersed throughout the net I guess.
I met Flyer in an MSN chatroom a long time ago which was the weirdest shit ever. But that was like 8 years ago.
Angelan doesn't even have to use a trick which is bull shit. I'll just fess some ignorance here and ask what the trick is to cancel dash freeze? I would like to work it into my game player before I start playing 360VOOT.
Don't miss eh? That's rich. I am curious about instances in which you can reliably get the air dash CC to land. Sort of like Jack V's running karate chop in Tekken 5. It too is risky as hell but has situations where you can use it. What would those situations be for Cypher's air CC?
Striker is however, no joke. Striker is change we can believe in.
Are you by chance the same Menthol Moose from this site?

I would say Cyphers Air CC is more for show than anything, or to prevent someone who is dash happy from going under you.
Yeah that's me.
Cypher has excellent air-dashing capabilities. The key is to master controlling those capabilities. Eventually you can harness Cypher's aerial maneuverability to use the air CC. :)
Try it and see how it works. It will take some experimenting to figure out the best attacks to use for freeze cancelling. For some ideas on using this or other attacks, just ask. Also, I've created several videos, including some tournament matches, so check them out here:

I'm never playing this game with TNL. Just listening to you talk about this game is ruining it.
Get over it, just because we know these tricks doesn't mean all of us use them to their effectiveness (IE I'm still bad at VO:OT)
