Maybe, I have a super hard time hitting CPU opps with CC attacks excepting certain situations (i.e. the jump, attack, and then slowly fall straight down) because the CPU tends to jump like mad the second you start a CC attack. I have much more success doing other things but landing CC on the comp is not one of them (perhaps I need more practice in the matter).

Yeah the CPU does tend to freak out when you try CC, and it doesn't really try CC that much. Although tonight I was practicing against a CPU AJIM, and it actually got me with a dashing CC!! :lol:

How does Microsoft determine a final release date for XBLA titles, and how much advanced notice do they give?

Don't know how, but the date was announced as 4/29 at todays event in Japan.

Yeah, I saw that, too, and then noticed that JP doesn't have Megaman 9 yet.

That's great news! But, I haven't heard any update about Twin Sticks. (not that I have much hope, but still...)

There won't be any Twin Sticks/support. Heck, even Outrun doesn't give you force feedback on the wheel.

Yeah there's no way twin sticks are happening for an XBLA release.

Yes of course it seems unlikely, and that's what I thought from the beginning. But, the developers started saying that Twin Sticks were actually under consideration. If there was really zero chance, it is pretty lame of them to say otherwise, and not give confirmation that none will be released.

Special case. Megaman 9 was a timed exclusive to the Wii in Japan.
