What Capcom SHOULD do is pack in that special controller for the game, or at least offer some sort of rebate deal or what not for those who pick it up...provided the pad will even be ready upon the game's release (re: Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO)
Nintendo usually has reasonable release MSRP - well, at least for the GBA - but damned if they ever go down in place. I'm still holding my breath for an N64 price drop. I always go to eBay if I want a first-party game that's more than a few months old - Nintendo can't defy the market there!Quote:

-as for milking a dead cow, why fix a car if it aint broke. i loved SF2 back in the day and love all the different things they have done with that formula since, this little GC release is cool, take it for what its worth, hopefully theyll put out the next installment soon.
-RE on the other hand, is getting kinda lame IMO, and the GC remakes are indeed a "money move"

milking a series is being called greedy? you are misunderstanding greed for caution. I was under the impression that Capcom creates many of its games with the intentions of establishing franchises, and I would encourage people to consider how many they are managing currently, along with the unique games they bring out in the mean time.
