[Rec] 2

I've always been a pretty big fan of the first [Rec]. It was one of those horror movies that actually managed to cut through the bullshit and actually scare me. I was reading up on it today, and I realized that Rec 2 comes out Friday in Spain.

Yeah, but I didn't see it. The original had such a holy fuck factor to it that I didn't even bother.

I think Quarantine was close to a shot for shot remake.

I think I'll pick up Quarantine. I was looking at it the other day since it's in the super-sale rack at Justi's work. It'd cost, like, $5...

It got fairly mixed reviews, if I remember correctly. I might give it a rent, for the hell of it.

the wiki page for quarantine has "boners rule" written in the plot summary.

Why would quarantine get such lower scores than rec?

Rec was really great, so I haven't even gotten around to ruining my memories of it with Quarantine.

I'd really recommend just finding a time when you feel like sitting down and focusing on a movie to watch it with subs.

So... it's Cloverfield with zombies?
