This seems far-fetched, but imagine the sales potential of an Apple Mac/Console with exclusive Madden...

It makes sense. These are two companies which many have speculated would make their own console for years now.

Maybe this is part of the reason behind that Apple stock dumping which happened a few months ago.

They know a fuckload about manufacturing hardware, and marketing. This is all you need, imo of course.

To be successful, I don't disagree. But Nintendo has those too and look what they are now. A shithole.

apple is capable of making a strong enough system. It's a question of whether they're willing to lose enough money to put out a strong enough system at a reasonable pp, but since it's apple i'm sure if they ever released a console it'd be mad expensive.

I highly doubt the EA rumor. That would be a massive amount of money for Apple to spend and doesn't fit their personality. I could easily see them picking up Twitter, though. Even with the explosive growth at the end of last year and beginning of this one, there still aren't any ads on the site. Gotta make money sometime.

What the fuck are you talking about? Are you one of the 500,000 idiots who really think apple cares about you? They want to make money, and this would be a great way to do it. Don't think for a minute Apple hasn't considered the fact they could potentially own the #1 Software Developer in terms of sales on the X360. This would smack Bill and company right on the beaner.

Don't get me wrong, superior hardware is a fact, but lets not put them up on a throne dudes.

Personally, I'm all for it, buy that shit Apple.

They just want to get all the money from Iphone Madden.

I hope they buy twitter for 700 million, so they guys who created it can get a payday before everyone moves onto the next big thing.
