Light Gun
Musical Instruments
Racing Wheel

I dunno. This is the slow middle ground transition into full on vr. It started in arcades, it's transitioning home, and then we'll hit the next thing. The Wii is probably a good first step in the next evolution of video games, the system is just an underpowered piece of shit.

The Wii didn't take any steps. It does nothing that wasn't done before it. Stop giving Nintendo credit for innovating. They almost never have when it's not revisionist history.

Anyway, I wonder if Ride will do like Guitar Hero and push for a higher-end price point. Could you imagine shelling out another $100 for another "experience" like that?

If the board isn't a piece of shit, it'll be worth it. Considering how dog shit the GH and RB toys have been lets hope Activision is going to be smart about it. Especially for something you stand on.

I stopped caring about this series a long time ago. THPS2 FTW.

There's no way this is going to end up being any good. The peripheral is either going to be a cheap piece of crap or way too expensive. And no way am I going to be able to be jumping up and down on shit in my apartment.
