Seriously, bbobb nailed it. How can you possibly expect something high quality? I know he left that as an option, but selling a game like that for a super high price point is suicide. I wouldn't buy it anyway. Skate feels good as it is. It's not like this is going to recreate the 'sport' any better. Like how FNR4 is leagues better than Wii Boxing, despite the latter using more of your body (potentially).
I see no point in having a dedicated peripheral for skateboarding game. You can't flip a fake board so what's the point? It is not like the music games where it is a reasonable replica of the real thing.
Plus, this is Activision which is as bad as EA when it comes to milking a franchise to death. EA beat them with Skate 1/2 and they don't know what the fuck to do without outright copying that right analog stick so they came up with this shit.
No way in hell the controller is going to work. The controller would have to be made of titanium to stand up to any wear and tear. Realistically, there is no way on god's green earth this thing could even come close to supporting 6'5 260lbs of me. Even if I was just leaning one way and then quickly leaning the other direction for a trick.
We all know that is how tricks are going to be done. Possibly for $150 they might be able to make it out of something other than plastic. People will break this controller day one.
