I think I'll be picking this up on the PS3. I haven't heard of any major differences between the two but I hope Digital Foundry has a comparison before launch.

I am too. Every video and demo of this thing I have seen or read about has been on the PS3, so that's clearly the lead platform.
If they were identical, I'd still go with the PS3 version just to avoid multiple discs. It's not a big deal, but one disc is still better than two if given the option.
The reason I choose 360 over PS3 almost every time is because I hate playing my games disconnected from everyone. I like seeing what all of my friends are up to, and having the option to take a break from whatever I'm doing/playing to join up in party chat and play a couple of rounds of Halo or whatever.
If the game is WAY better on PS3, I'd go PS3, but they're usually really close.
I feel the same as Korly. The only game I've bought on the PS3 instead was FFXIII due to the cutscenes and the two disc bullshit, and all that has come of that is that I don't play FFXIII because it's not on my 360.
I think one blu-ray instead of two DVDs at the same cost is enough of a reason for the PS3 version, though. Anything technical would just seal the deal irrevocably.
I only played FFXIII when I didn't have internet, because that'd be the only time I didn't game on my 360.
I got really far, I should just finish it off.
