I know there was word that since it is lacking the Advances Warfighter moniker, it may be going back to first person. I believe that has been just speculation, as we have yet to see any gameplay, let alone any info on the title other than above teaser. I think I have only played one of the Ghost Recons that was on the original Xbox, so I never really got a feel for it, but if the game controls great, first or third person, I am in. The first GRAW blew my mind when it first came out back in 05 (06?).
This better be "Ghost Recon: We Finally Have Campaign Co-op" or it can GTFO.
In the lengthy period of time since your post Nash, four-player co-op campaign has been confirmed and recently featured. Good news on that front.
Additionally, it's recently been revealed that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will have Guerrilla mode (very similar to Gears 3 Horde mode), however unfortunately without any type of matchmaking. At least as of yet, per multiple accounts.
That's rather disappointing, I thought we were well past this point by now. (And now I'm wondering if online campaign will follow suit.)
PS. Can a mod please properly rename this as the Ghost Recon: Future Soldier thread?

Yoshi, do you want the PC beta key for the game? I just got that PLUS three 360 keys for the closed beta.
Picked this up for 360 and surprise it's good. Single player seems pretty well done and it's 4 player coop. I'm really digging multiplayer. All kinds of fools running around doing it wrong waiting to be killed.
Love Guerilla Mode.
Too many Game breaking gliches though. Mostly 30k running into walls ... endlessly.
