Holy shit what a finale on this show. I skipped a bunch this season but apparently it was really good so I'm going back. The ending was kind of shocking and awesome even though you knew it was coming, but man. I felt bad for all of them.

I read a bunch of complaints when Crixis bit it. People were like HOW COULD THEY KILL HIM OFF!? Seriously, people?

I get the impression they're going to continue the series but with a Rome focus on Crassus and Pompei and Caesar?

Last year they said that this season was the final season. I would love to see a new series spin off with the 3 that you mentioned and all of the turmoil that went on between them. There is still a ton of story that they can take from this part of history.

There have been rumors of a spin off for awhile, but I don't think any characters were mentioned.

Crassus, Pompei and Caesar are obvious people who would be able to make that series work. It seemed like they were going places with them. They always treated them as semi-good people regardless of action. Caesar especially. Also when that series airs everyone would already be kind of familiar with the characters.

They fast tracked this for home release, the last season and a full box set comes out in May.

I miss Andy Whitfield as Sparty. Boo.
