Unless Joystiq spelled "Mobile" W-I-N-D-O-W-S, I think I read just fine. Blame them if you want to get picky. I'm not buying a portable device with a Microsoft OS on it, regardless of what the fuck you want to call it.

It's cute that Microsoft keeps trying to be relevant in the mobile phone market, but I will admit I do kind of like the interesting "web 2.0" UI they've got going on here. (Which I know is inspired by the Zune, which I also found interesting.)
I don't like it enough to suffer the shame of owning a Microsoft- and IE-powered mobile phone, however.
Why wouldn't they just design it to fit on one screen? Strange design choice.
Also, if it's true that MS is telling manufacturers that they can't alter the UI, I expect HTC to pay Windows Mobile lip service the way they do currently with the HD2, but focus most of their efforts on Android.
Question: Why is this not in Circuit Board? Is it because of the XBox Live integration? Just asking.
Because it specifically mentions games. It's not just a Windows Live integration.

This is looking up but I want to know how 3rd party integration is going to happen. So far I have seen only one halfway decent app from XNA and the rest are pure garbage.
