I found him perfectly understandable throughout the whole movie, except in the scene in the prison when he's telling Bruce about hope and shit. He needed some subtitles there.

Bane's voice, yeah. In the (first) trailer his voice was completely incomprehensible, so it got fixed. Bale's HABLOOGA voice is on him, but it definitely sounds a bit juiced up.
