Has any gotten a chance to try this out? I've got the chance to pick it up for $10 which I know is chump change but I don't want to buy something I will play once. The concept seems pretty cool and I don't know if I should trust the review over at IGN.
This has the worst name ever.
I bought the PSP/Invizimals bundle.
It works pretty well for what it is but it's 100% a children's game from the fully live action FMV actors to the simple combat mechanics.
It's still way better than Pokémon combat; too bad all the animals look like Digimon rejects. I know I enjoy it here and there but once the timers start up (come back in 30 minutes, wtf) I just stopped playing it.
The AR tech was pretty impressive, though.
