So you would diagnose that basing the third game in space, instead of maybe making a sequel that actually resembled the concept and setting of the series prior, was actually a natural progression and not a total non-sequitur?

(Granted, either way it would have probably still had the signature jank-ass archaic shooting controls that only the Japanese can deliver.)

Still, a third person shooter about murdering dinosaurs? This is not some fundamentally unpalatable concept, it could certainly be rad if done right.

I don't have the game handy (nor a BC PS3), I just recall a mag re-rating the game a point higher after learning of the code.

IIRC you still have to go to the settings afterwards and actually turn on Uniform for it to take effect.

Yet another one I tried emulating recently, it does not do well.

Plays fine on PS3 and such, but I wanted to clean it up something beautiful and that didn't work out.

I would love to see a new Techromancer with detailed, destructible environments and decent netcode.

Magic Carpet remake would also be cool.

Just giving you the benefit of the doubt, maybe you thought I was saying that was a code to be put directly into the PS3 or something? Because why the fuck would a rational human being think that a code contained in a game would yield different results on a 1:1 emulator than it would on the original system?

Also how many PS3s in the market are BC compatible anymore? Less than 5%? Why would you assume any given person you talk to would have one handy?

Because who's to say the option that code unlocked is successful in making the game run at a good FPS on the PS3?

I didn't assume you did.

I asked if it would make the game run better on PS3 (which it doesn't) and I asked you because you told us the code so it was possible you knew the answer. This is not a hard to follow, why are you having so much difficulty? If you don't know whether something provides results or not, don't be a dick when people ask you about it. The proper response to my question would have been "I'm actually not sure, but it's worth a shot."

But just to reconfirm, you did actually go to the settings and turn on Uniform after inputting the code, rather than just starting the game immediately?
