Your post prompted me to look at my service. I've had it for 11 years, so it was pre-Power Boost and all that bullshit. I did a test and got 20Mb down and 1Mb up, which seems to be between anything lower than what you got (15Mb up like you said) and what you got, but all it says on my service is "RoadRunner High Speed Online." Maybe I'm grandfathered in or some shit. I'm pretty sure I pay ~$40/month.
Mine used to be about $45 a month but has slowly crept up over the years. No serious competition in my market (LOLDSL) so they stick it to you. Figured I may as well have some high speed internet while I'm getting raped.
I was just running two Roku boxes and playing Onlive all at the same time so I'm happy with it.

Oh and bonus is that the new modem has a built in router with WiFi so I positioned it so I can get internets in my back yard now, and I've got 3 more open ethernet ports for future expansion. No monthly lease on the modem and no contract.
