I still have yet to track down the Euro version of the PS2 original, but I'm really hoping this one gets localized, given the strong recommendations the first one got from people like NeoZeedeater (R.I.P.).

Shinobidooby Doo?
I'd buy like eight copies of that.
Jinkies.
I'd have gotten away with it too if it weren't for those meddling kids and that YellerDog.
I was perusing Hell one day looking for something unrelated when I spotted an import psp game amongst the rabble of shitty store branded inserts. It was Shinobido. I grabbed it due to what I had heard tell of the series. I only played through the first mission or so. Didn't care for it. Was that a port of the PS2 or it's own separate entity?
lol. That encompasses my luck in life. But it does raise my interest level concerning the PSV version from nonexistent to we will see.
I loved the shit out of the original. This might make me get a Vita.
The PSP game is a collection of maps made in the PS2 level editor. I liked it enough to finish it, but it's definitely not something I'd recommend unless you loved the PS2 game and wanted more in any form you can get.
The controls are weird in both, so if that's what turned you off, the original won't be much better. I love the slippy running, mid-air grappling, and flying neck-breaking, though. It's all good.
