Fuck Friends, get that shit out of here. Everything else is fine I guess. Maybe I'm too easily impressed but I think the recent string of amazing comedies that have completely left the sitcom behind are funnier than anything that's come before.
G.O.B. alone makes AD worthy of the #1 spot.

Ben Stiller Show was horrible and as much as I loved it, The State was pretty bad at times
Arrested Development had three seasons (much less than almost everything else on the list, except Ben Stiller and the State) and probably shouldn't be at the top for that reason alone, unless you are adding other shows with three seasons like Parks and Rec and Community
And if you're going with old standby's like Taxi and Cheers, where the fuck is MASH?
