Motherfucker, this is what I do for a living. Tones is not full of shit - those people are talking about nutrient quantities and differences in taste between growing organic and not. There are so many factors that aren't taken into account in that article I'm not even going to begin.
Growing food organically is really about sustainability.
It's about not contributing to the growing gulf dead zone with anhydrous ammonia.
