I don't know, Tippi Hedren? The Birds was the first Hitchcock I ever saw, and much like how Jaws ruined swimming in anything but a pool for me, it had a lasting affect.

p.s. I'm only sort of kidding about Jaws. I saw it when I was six and taking swimming lessons that summer at Lake Ontario freaked the shit out of me.
