I'm right, bitch.

I feel like copyright reform is really the elephant in the room here. They keep doing this dance around the enforcement issue and no one wants to talk about what this is really about.
This is pretty much directed at Yoshi since he's the only person I know actually says it, and maybe I'm misunderstanding: But I know republics say that people who don't own property don't have a stake in things. How can you even think that when there are issues like this as well, that I shouldn't have the right to vote because I don't own property? If I'm misunderstanding things let me know, but it seems like it's a pretty popular Republican opinion (I don't know many republicans though).
Fixed!
To hell with a corporate dictatorship that thrives on bribery. Enforcement can be done through less totalitarian means. I honestly don't think all of our congress persons are truly Republican or Democrat. I'm sure there are liars of varying degrees, and a truly 100% honest CP is rare. Lamar Smith has taken bribes... ahem, campaign contributions to be politically correct (ugh), totaling about $393K from some media companies. What a douchebag IMO.
Knowing he wouldn't get votes if he ran as the F-word, a Fascist could masquerade as one of the two majors and bluff his way in. (yeah, sorta what I said earlier- just strike out Communist and put Fascist).
Burn it down to the ground. It's the only way to be sure.
That's a semi-real answer, too. Washington D.C. is corrupt to fuck. Anything they do now is just to placate the public long enough that the public forgets. Then the cycle starts all over again. To preserve what this country is founded on we have to hit the restart button. But only a revolution can have that effect since we've seen elections don't mean much of shit.
Or hey have politicians that actually want to change shit without any self-gratification. They exist but are NEVER elected because they are drowned out in a sea of partisan noise.
