Yeah, MGS4 is a pretty solid movie.

I started and never finished that game. Maybe I should try again, I loved the first three.

The last third or whatever of MGS4 was the best part. Hot XXX MG on MG action.

I loved parts 1 and 3. 2 and 4 were just kind of meh for me. If that cycle continues than I should love 5.

I've played MGS4, so you win the "Man, That's Awesome" award, but I don't need a copy. I played at a friend's and watched him play through.

Dark secret? I really, really respect Hideo Kojima and I really appreciate his work, but I haven't gotten into MGS like a lot of people. I liked the first one and second. Couldn't get into 3 because of the time required to get past the opening segment.

Really, I need to give the series more time. When I'm not working part-time jobs to make ends meet while working on games, I'll take a vacation and give MGS3 + 4 a whirl.

Also, dammit, I fear I've derailed this thread. So, The Last of Us Looks so cool. Does that fix it?

I think 2 really worked for me because of the graphics on a console at the time. Really it was 3 and fucking Twin Snakes that sucked me in the most.
