So some guy sent a pissy Email about his delayed PS3 widget. The PR guy starts throwing his weight around like he sips Don P. from hooker tits on the hour every hour. Penny Arcade gets involved. The industry bigwigs the PR dude name drops start to condemn him publicly. The internet grabs popcorn.

Not even the first time from this guy. Good times. For bonus points, looking up Ocean Marketing in Google turns up some great results.

Granted the Amazon page for these products is getting bombed right now, but if you look at some reviews before today, it seems they've got a history of shit customer service. It seems these guys were just hired by N-Control to handle this stuff, and that sucks for them, next time make a better choice in who represents you.

At first I was thinking this was a case of an engineer designing something cool but being horrible with people, but the fact that this is basically a PR company and they can't even get emails right is loltastic. Hopefully they are fired for this crap.

Yes.

I like how Mr. Bigshot PR Guy doesn't even have a basic concept of grammar and spelling. I can't be intimidated by someone who doesn't even know how to spell.
