Amazon mostly, then eBay, then big places like Best Buy/Walmart/Kmart, then Gamestop.

1.Best Buy for Reward Zone points.
2.Target for there great clearance items.
3.Sears and K-Mart have some of the best in store deals.
4.Craigslist is a blessing and a curse, people hard up for rent money or auto payments will sell there games dirt cheap.
5.Half Price Books depending on the store has great deals and is always fun to browse.

Pretty much all of the above, plus online Steam, Amazon, or anywhere else that has a good deal.
You should try Amazon, it's neat. Stick some games on your wishlist and watch the prices fluctuate. Every time you visit it shows you how much cheaper the game is compared to when you first listed it with a percentage. Unless it goes rare and the price skyrockets.
