PC version will let you mod any sort of inventory cap out of existence. There's nothing to determine.
I thought the console versions were getting access to the PC mods?
Consoles, by definition, will never give you the full freedom of the PC experience. I'm sure there will be limited "mod" availability in a microtransaction Game Genie sort of way. You can have it.
