So far Rez HD is only on 360 but I wouldn't be surprised to see it on other systems.

Haven't played HALO 4 yet so not sure where that would rank yet but I preferred ODST over 3 and REACH.

Lost Odyssey is a wonderful game, I'm still on disc 4 from way back when and have never beaten it though.

Shadow Complex absolutely, game is fantastic and is like a modern-ish day Metroid without Samus. Been meaning to go back through that one for a few keycards I was never able to find.

Probably in the minority but I loved Scene It: Lights Camera Action (Box Office Smash didn't hold the same appeal), still pop that in occasionally.

Splosion Man is great when playing single player, the MP (which I only tried a few times with Josh) was terrible though.

Ace Combat 6 with that flight stick was nuts and felt very cool to play, wish I hadn't sold that setup.

Some of the graphics and smaller screen percentage of these shooters kind of turned me off but I'll check some of them out when I can.

Is Bullet Witch really all that good? I mean, it doesn't seem to be well loved looking at the reviews. If it's like Gungrave I'll definitely check it out since I loved that series but I'm hesitant to pick this up.

Neither are Drakengard 2 or Ghost in the Shell: SAC. What the hell do they know.

It doesn't play like nor does it have any relation to Gungrave at all, though; not sure where that's coming from.

Scratch Dust from your lists. I also remembered that Dead Rising is on iOS, so that's out too.
