That's about where I am. I still really enjoy the 3d Mario games, Galaxy + Galaxy 2 were some of my favorite games last gen, and I can't wait for Super Mario 3d World. The formula, and the same goes for Zelda, has started to wear thin on me. With games like Super Meat Boy and especially the Rayman Origin/Legends games, I just haven't been able to get excited to play anymore of NSMBU.

Mario 3D Land, however, was a lot of fun. What's the difference that sold me I couldn't tell you, but it's made sure I'll be picking this one up sometime after I get a Wii U.
