300: Rise of an Empire

Because I don't get paid to review them.
If I did, I'd be professional about it and pay more attention to what I was experiencing, and really think about the film as opposed to relying on emotional highs or lows as I leave the theater.
I'd also not concoct shitty sentences like the one I just did.

I was excited that the GRAPHIC NOVEL that I really liked was faithfully translated to film.
People might be forgetting that that used to be far less common than it is now.

I saw it a bunch in the theatre. I still watch it now and again. It looks fantastic, it is hokey as hell, and it's a "fuck yeah Greece" movie. I think it may help that my ancestors are from Sparta.
