The games are in the order that they popped into my head!
Ghost house made me think of ghost pilots (which was brought up not too long ago) and then i thought of all these other ghost games. So i just kept going. At the end, i considered redoing the first four so the theme was continuous, but i liked having them not match. Bit of a curveball, if you will.
And editing through my phone sucks, so i will add the right answers tomorrow.
