I agree, I picked NHL 94 because that is the one I played the most with my friends. I believe that was the first one that introduced the one timer (which nearly broke the game). I think the last Genie NHL is 98, and it has a lot of improvements over 94 but I never played it with my friends so I don't know how that compares.
