This seems awesome from what I played but it doesn't like my PC. I know my system's old but you would think if it can run something like Bioshock Infinite smoothly, it would be able to handle this without major frame rate drops. Also, fairly frequent crashes are really annoying given how long the initial load up takes. I guess I'll have to wait on this one.
Finished it! What a great game! When games like this come out in 2d it really pisses me off that Nintendo or konami won't put out 2d game like this. Metroid and Castlevania deserve new games as good as Ori!
Amen, brother
I've slowly going through it, just got the boost power, I guess that's the best way to describe it, while in the Water Tree. Shit gets AWESOME after that.
I just beat this and it was fantastic. It just kept building all the way to the end.
I'm almost embarrassed to admit that the reason I haven't finished it is that I keep forgetting to save and turn it off in frustration when I lose 30 minutes worth of progress. I'm at something like 30-40%, but I'm buckling down tomorrow. God damn modern games have made me soft.
I just played this on a friend's console, and we were having the same problem.
We got maybe 20% completion, but it was already getting challenging in parts.
I could nitpick about how it's occasionally hard to see exactly what's going on, but there's really not much to dislike about this game.
