Yeah, I'm generally pretty impressed with the new guys, gameplay design wise at least.

He really is. I feel like if I win a round off of somebody with him I have won a great moral victory.
I just meant aesthetics. I like how all of them play but Viper, Abel, and Rufus look like rejected KOF concepts to me. Hakan, on the other hand, looks like he would be right at home in SFIII.Quote:

Decapre wouldn't have been far out in Alpha 3, honestly. That whole game is alllllmost Mugen, but it holds it together.
I've always loved Alpha 2 much more, but I'm gaining a larger appreciation for Alpha 3 now, purely because the game is nuts.
