I remember games like BT&DD and Wario's Woods looked like high end NES games but low end SNES games.
Tried them both out recently and they seem fine now. Weird.

$6 pineapple shirt, I could not resist.
I can accept Battletoads/Double Dragon on the NES, the 16 bit versions seem all the more ridiculous looking thanks to better hardware.
I own the Genesis version but have played the heck out of the SNES one. I prefer the SNES one, the slower pace doesn't bother me, the graphics are slightly better, but the primary reason is that I love the music on the SNES version. They made excellent use of the SNES sound chip, the Genesis version doesn't sound anywhere near as good.
Cute 4th haul. Needed some sheets for the boys new bunk bed and ended up with two Iron Patriot Titan figures at .40 apiece for them.

Not a huge fan of this line since they tend to look cheap, on the other hand they make me all nostalgic for old Mego characters.
Found a copy of CoD: Black Ops for PS3 that came with a nice blutooth headset for $20 at Target. This is my first PS3 headset as far as I can ever remember, so that's cool! I haven't played a bonafide shootmans since... well, Black Ops when it first came out on 360. Hopefully the online still works and is better than Modern Warfare, which was the last FPS I played on PS3 way back when.
I drank some cheap beer and shot some fireworks
