Of course. I think the most impressive thing is that you've resisted selling it. There's no way I would take that opportunity cost hit.
I was tempted. I got rid of all the commons in the great purge of '05. I only have about 20 AES carts left and most of them are the crazy expensive assortment. I did sell a US Stakes Winner for $900, I just could not resist especially when the game sucks.
Just looked at my receipt for BS. Bought on 5/4/98 from NCS for $258. I was a high roller back then!
Yep.
Pineapple used to love that game (probably still does!), but I couldn't stand it unless the volume was turned down.
Yoshi are you looking to pick up any more MVS carts?
I absolutely loved Pulstar (even 1cc'd it!) and dreamt of Blazing Star for years, but once I finally played it something about it just left me cold. I can't put my finger on why, though, it could be just that I was emulating and wasn't using a Neo controller.
BS is different than Pulstar, so that is not surprising if you are looking for a similar experience.
Pulstar is an Aicom game! I've been looking them up since I'm doing a Legendary Axe/Astyanax episode soon. They also made that Athena horror game and Gals' Fighter after SNK funded them and they became Yumekobo.
