The Witch - Spoiler Thread

Did anyone find the ending profound or confusing?

I want to watch this but no one wants to watch it with me :(

I saw it in theaters some months back. I really liked how it captured the puritanical worldview, but the ending could also be seen as subverting that a bit. Good movie.

Yah this was great, Thomision seemed to be a victim of the family downfall. There were some 10 second cuts where you though the Movie ended, not sure if it was intended to be that way? Great Movie based on the time period and an ending you have to interpret.
