I'd say the Hulk's biggest rival was Banner. Or maybe the Hulk is Banner's rival and you can give Hulk the Leader. I'm probably analyzing this too much.
Going back a few days, if the Punisher has a rival, it'd be drug dealers in general. The Russian's too new to give arch-rival status.

Hey, I have one last Marvel questions. In the X-men Cartoon series Magneto blocked cyclop's optic blast, but in X-men evolution series Magneto couldn't block cyclop's optic blast. So my question is can Magneto block Cyclop's optic blast?
