Big EB promo, Thursday only

Just a heads-up, EB has a big 1000th store celebration on Thursday the 8th (tomorrow as I type, today as most of you will probably read) with coupons for all. Assuming they've got coupons left, here's a summary of all 8 of them-

1) Oddworld free with the trade-in of any X-Box game, box/instructions required.
2)The Clusterf--- coupon- $10 off DBZ Goku's Legacy GBA, SW: Rogue Leader or Pikmin Gamecube, $25 off Tony Hawk 3 Gamecube
3) $20 off the PS2 games VF4, GTA3, Stuntman, and/or Spiderman
4) Warcraft 3 Collector's Edition, $54.99
5) 50% off any hintbook when bought with game. Whee...
6) $30 off any video card
7) Trade in any DVD (max 10) for $10 trade-in credit
8) Trade in any Gamecube, PS2, or X-Box game and get an extra $5 trade-in credit added on

Not bad, all things considered. I'm trading in Dark Cloud ($10 credit + $5) and getting... something. My big problem is I'm torn between Frequency ($20) and Gun Valkyrie ($25). How on earth do you make that kind of oddball choice?

Yeah, these only work tommorow, the coupons are at the stores themselves. It's to promote our 1000th store opening.

Work is going to be hell tomorrow.

Um... if you live in Canada, in the GTA, don't go the mall, okay! There's no sale. It's a dirty rumour. Sales like this don't appear in Canada. Something about Quebec; I don't remember.

Anyway, the moral is, stay home, and play what you have. Tommorow is actually "save your money and pull you monkey" day, 'kay?

Actually, I think Dark Cloud may be void in the offer. I'm not sure but we have a list of games that are excluded and I'm pretty sure that's one of them.

Any DVD? There has got to be some exceptions.
