I believe it was last week that Doshin was confirmed for the US. I'm looking forward to both of these as well as Animal Leader(I think thats coming over as well).

This game (as well as Animal Leader and Doshin) is the reason I'm going the Gamecube route instead of Xbox. Thank you, Nintendo. It's good to see that open-ended gameplay in console titles is finally catching on.
Did anyone else find it funny that EGM didn't know what genre to place it in (according to the preview in the most recent issue)? Simulation. Duh.
I dont get it. Whats with the hype for this game? This game is The Sims for kids, Nintendo is even marketing it that way. I love my Cube and all but Animal Crossing? I'll pass.
After reading the two articles on it in the last two Nintendo Power's, I'm really excited about this game. And for the game too. The NES games are a nice bonus. :D
I dunno....its looks REALLY kiddie to me. I dont think I'd want anybody to see me playing it.
Oh wow, I didn't know Doshin was coming to the US. If Nintendo can keep this up the Cube is going to end up being one fantastic console.
And I'm with everyone else, Animal Crossing looks great.
Yeah Samurai, it does look kiddy and cute, but nothing is cuter than a Moogle.
If it doesn't appeal to you then don't buy it. We're not forcing it down your throat so let us enjoy it. I'd strongly suggest giving the game a rental first, anyway. Girls will probably dig this game if you play it with them... *hint* *hint*Quote:

Honestly, I can't say I'm that interested in the Nintendo games, they just seem like a nice bonus to me. The world continuing without you and building up your place are what seem so nice to me, I like that. Hmm... such a different game from what's coming out lately, should be a nice change of pace for me.
