ngefreek- what converter are you using? i bought the inovation one about six month ago, and couldn't get my sat sticks to work with my dc...is there a certain brand convertor i need...is there a special menu option for it?...is it available on the us version of voot?

Innovation!?!? *shudders* Thats like THE worst convertor out there. I'm using a clear blue 4-in-1 (I'll have to go check the name for you) that I got from Level six, works like a dream, but it doesnt convert the start button to special so I can't do stuff like Fei-yen's manual hyper, Raiden's armor break, etc.

Is that why you like the pad more? It would suck trying to play as Bal like that.

Anyway, it's all about the Total Control 3. Set the switch to "Twinstick" mode, and it'll map the normal Start button to a button placed on the converter. Then, the Start button on the sticks now acts as "special", while the converter's Start button pauses.

Where do I get a "Total Control 3?"

Doesn't NCSX have 'em?

NCSX should have Total Control 3 convertors instock, now finding an official Sega Link cable........

Saturn Twinsticks = easy to find, but shipping from japan will kill you. toysnjoys.com has em for $59.95 I think.

DC Twinsticks = Godly, not nearly as easy to find, usually will run you around $100, toysnjoys.com has the model 2 (I think) DC Twinsticks in stock for $99.95

I got a pair of DC twinsticks from T-Game in L.A., a little import shop on the westside. Perhaps my single greatest purchase, since playing VO:OT with them is an absolute DREAM. I don't if they have any more (I bought mine upon the import release), but they're on odd bunch and may be able to track a pair down. Oh yeah, their English was incomprehensible to me, so good luck if you're going to try and call them.

I'll also check another source for you guys who are interested in the official DC twinsticks. Don't hold your breath...

By the way, I will become an instant fanboy for the console that receives a home conversion of VO:Force. Come on, Hitmaker!!
