Woah, I got my S&P from that guy for around $40 and had no problems at all. It arrived quickly and in mint condition.

I was about to recommend that you get one from them, actually. It's a shame that they've started getting shady as I was happy with my dealings with them. *shrugs*

FUCK, Fucking Ebay !! They wont let me file another complaint against this guy, since its been more than 60 days now !!!! And they first reccomend to wait 30 days, then file, and it takes them forever to do anything, and then when you try again, you ARE FUCKED !!!!

And they just let this guy continue ripping off people !!!

Despair - If I were you, I would register a fake username and bid on that guy's stuff, then not pay him.

About whining about "sniping" and "price gouging" - deal with it. Sniping is the only way you're ever going to get a reasonable deal on eBay. And no one is price gouging on eBay - things sell for what they're worth.

Stick to eBay - you'll find a good deal there reasonably soon. Getting ripped off sucks, but I bet it's happened to all of us at least once.

Also, if you paid through PayPal, you can lodge a complaint with them. If you paid by credit card, you can complain to your credit card company.

Yup, pay pal will get you some action, not ebay. Some guy ripped me off on a Radiant silvergun auction, & Ebay did nothing. Pay pal on the other hand, checked out the situation & as soon as he had funds in his account, they just took it & refunded me!

Heh, I got S&P from the Same guy K3V off of your recommendation a few months ago. They have a web site www.numbthumb.net, I ordered it from there with no problems what so ever. Sorry to here you are having troubles.
