You've got some really good games in your pile. I say play Legend of Mana, but I'm biased, I loved that game ;)
You've also got an abnormally large number of portable games... I try not to buy too many, I can't stand the tiny screens/controllers (though I did pick up a tv adaptor for my GBA, which is pretty handy).
If it isn't good or cheap, then I don't buy it, that's what I always say. :) I'm currently trying to finish Rockman... I guess I should start updating my list. :(Quote:

Okay, Victrix, I followed your suggestion and made a list at videogametracker.com. This'll do fine for a Pile of Shame list, but I wouldn't enter my whole libarary in there. Various problems like lack of a shooter genre option and I'm the only one who can see all the info on my games keep this site from being an inventory solution.

I was going to say Omega, you've got a lot of games on there that I wouldn't count. Specifically the shooters, but then a lot of other games also - you genuinely want to finish Adventures of Lolo and Wall Street Kid? Yeuch, your list reminds me of a Nintendo Power I read when I was 9 years old ;)
Faxanadu I can understand, but the others? I hear Software Etc buys used games :D
That's just personal preference though, if you really want all those shooters and truly old (and/or bad) games on your list, that's up to you ;)
I'm proud to say I'm finally in the process of finishing Code Veronica; I didn't even have to start over- just did some creative running instead. Great game, I can't wait for Biohazard 0. I'll be back when I'm done.
I forgot I had finished a game (wow!): Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages.

Top 5 most shameful:
1. Metal Gear Solid - Got it a few months after it came out, and never got past the third area (less than an hour in).
2. Shining Force III - Had it for a few years, and I haven't ever played past the first or second battle. Paid around $80 for it, too.
3. Dino Crisis - This one is more thanks to Capcom's mod protection, but in the past 3-4 years I've got maybe 30 minutes logged on it.
4. Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - I was really psyched for this one, played it for about 5 hours, but never really got anywhere. Haven't played since.
5. Ranger X - Looks like a fine game, but I just can't seem to get into it. I've probably played the first two stages a few times.
Yes, I do! A lot of those games I listed was because I bought them but hardly play them (or in some cases, never played them). Once I feel like I've gotten enough out of them, I'll cross them off my list. If a game has an ending to see (like Lolo), I want to see it. If it's a shooter, I don't want to be a no-miss master at it, just good enough to make a good dent in its challenge. If it turns out I really hate <x> game, I'll just cross it off and put it in my "to sell" pile.Quote:

Bottom line is... I want to play all the games I own, enough to consider myself knowledgeable in each one, and most of all to experience what they have to offer me. Or something like that.

Nah, original NES cart. I've neither played nor read anything about the GBC remake. All I know is that it exists. Actually, I've already finished Crystalis once before, but I'd like to play it again. :p I'll throw it in my NES once I'm done with the Mega Man games (currently playing 7).
