First of all- Victrix, I have to say this is turning into one of the most original threads in a while. I'm starting to think it might belong over at the board of records. ;) I think I'll update with my full pile, in light of what's been admitted by the others here.

My full list: (I'm not throwing in SNES, Genesis, etc. since I won't have these systems with me and will be impossible to reduce these piles.)
Dreamcast (18)
Grandia II I bought this on release, and started through it with a FAQ since it's an RPG in a language I don't know. (I actually got lucky, one I found had translated quite a bit) At a certain point playing through with a stack of paper next to me for the story got a little old. I've since found out that US and Jap saves are compatible, so I may have some hope.
Sonic Adventure I hate this game (due to the city sections only, basically), so it's going to be tough, if ever completed.
Sonic Adventure 2 Hate the Knuckles levels, and Tails isn't exactly a delight either. If this game only had Sonic levels I'd have finished it long ago.
Rainbow Cotton To be fair this game is bad enough not to make the list just for the principle of it. On the other hand, it looks so damn nice I feel compelled to at least play through it once.
Rez Never even seen "Level 5."
The Rhapsody of Zephyr Mode, I can't believe you sold me this. ;) I think the strategy for getting this one off the list will be eBay.
Maken X Didn't really like it.
Bokumo no Tatsujin This one's pretty bad, but I still feel the urge to give it another shot.
Cool Cool Toon Looking forward to finishing this one.
Crazy Taxi 2 I never finished the Crazy Pyramind (or whatever it was) in this one. Didn't like it nearly as much as the original.
Ecco the Dolphin It took me forever to find that goddamned baby whale. I'm still on one of the very first levels.
MDK 2 Now this one is just embarrassing. My file is saved right at the last boss...I made many honest, hard attempts. I need to make a few more.
Bangaioh I think I'm somewhere in the 30's.
Jet Grind Radio Bought and completed Jet Set Radio in a timely fashion; I picked this up when it hit the $10 mark. I may just wait until I can afford De La Jet Set Radio and sell this.
Floigan Bros. I must have had a brain hemorrhage when I bought this.
Cosmic Smash Played a couple of levels.
Biohazard: Code Veronica This was my first Biohazard, and I didn't really know "how" to play them then. So I got stuck at a bad point with no ammo and no hope. I need to start over.
El Dorado Gate: Vol.1 I love this game on paper, I just wish I could understand it. And I wish the art for the enemies during battles wasn't so goddawful.
Saturn (2)
Clockwork Knight Gave it a quick play after getting it then shelved.
Nights I bought this disc only at a flea market since it was $2.00. I may wait until I buy a nice copy with a 3D pad.

Simple 1500 Series: The Kaiten Didn't find this as entertaining as some do.
Dodonpachi I usually wouldn't put shooters on this list, but I don't feel I've given this one an honest shot yet.
PC Engine (7)
AI Choaniki I'd like to complete this just to see what kind of crazyness goes on in the later levels.
The Lost Sunheart I should play beyond the third level.
Image Fight I should play beyond the first level.
Son Son II This game is only in her since it's so damn hard, and I love it so much. I've played a lot of this, but I would really like to complete it someday.
PC Kid II I don't like this one nearly as much as the first, so in the pile it sits.
Ordyne Should play a bit more of this.
Hani on the Road This one is damn hard as well, but seems to get much better as you go along. I need to see more of it.

Jet Set Radio Future I liked the way the first game was structured better. Still, I need to finish this.
Game Boy Color (2)
Zelda: Oracle of Seasons I bought both of these games at the same time, and told myself I wouldn't open the next until I'd finished this one. Which brings us to...
Zelda: Oracle of Ages Still sealed.
Game Boy Advance (3)
Sonic Advance Burned out on Sonic games, I think.
Golden Sun I'm well into this, but it's hard to convince myself to play this inside on a shitty screen. I completed most of this on Bart when I was taking it a lot.
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon I know, I know. I got lost and haven't touched it.
N64 (2)
Zelda: MAjora's Mask It's going to be hard to go back to this one.
Sin and Punishment Bought on release, enjoyed it, somehow never completed it.
So, combined with my Gamecube pile that gives me 41. This is one list I won't be proud to move up on.
I think I've actually played exactly 2 saturn games. :(
Probably should find one and play some of them.
I need to get cracking on Deus Ex before more new stuff ships.
I swore my pile-of-shame days were over in February, and I've stuck to my guns. I never play more then four games at once, and I don't purchase new ones until I've beaten what I'm playing.
In all fairness, if your playing a game you don't enjoy, then it sholdn't go in your pile-of-shame. It belongs in your hall-of-shame. If I dislike a game--like GUNVALKYRIE--then it goes on my shelf and stays there. Casulty of war, man.
Count me out of this one. My DC pile of shame is overwhelming enough. I don't even want to think about the other systems...
