Tell me Something a Korean Drama

Just rented this Korean flick this Weekend. It's about a Killer leaving body parts around town in Garbage bags, and the hunt for a killer. There is alot of very Graphic gore and amputations and lots of blood. The Movie seemed a bit slow paced but there are some nice twists and some surprises.

A little kid rams a cart into a bag and the mess with the chick falling in the blood was pretty shocking. Good scene.
