Well I've never played them but if they are anything like Time Bokan (2D Banpresto SS,PSX shooter incase you didn't know) then they are nothing special and slooow. With slowdown the Neo would be proud of.
Super Space Fortress Macross(I think that's the name) was a pretty cool vertical shooter. I never played the sequels though.
I have Dragonball Z2 for Super Famicom which is a neat fighting game although I think it's a Bandai game. I always get Bandai and Banpresto mixed up.

Not sure if it's an arcade game by origin, but Panzer Bandit is one hell of a fine game. Guardian Heroes on PSOne, sorta.
