To get 20 million and above, u have to get at least an avervage of 4 million each chapter. With the exception of chapter 1. If anyone of u is interested in the minimum score for S++ rank for each chapter. Here it goes:
Chapter 1 - 3.4 million
Chapter 2 - 5 million
Chapter 3 - 5.4 million
Chapter 4 - 6 million
Chapter 5 - 5 million
