I really love linux, however....the multi-language input support can not compare to windows...there is no way to switch between more then 2 languages at a time. You would have to re-login as another user. In windows you can actively switch between English/Japanese/Chinese/etc. but in Linux only English/Something else...
Of course if someone has a solution I am all ears!

Also, I can not really recommend any linux distro's but I will say that mandrake is just a rip-off of redhat.{As a side note, it is redhat that I have setup for dual boot atm}
