Arcades on campus

I finally found the arcade at Palomar college today, I'm wondering if anyone else has any arcades on their campuses. Most of the games at Palomar include:

SNK vs Capcom 2
Puzzle Bobble

some midway game
Blitz 2000
2 Pinball machines
one more I forget
(all this crammed into a maybe 20x20 room)

Not a bad lineup eh? Best part is its air conditioned and no one plays the shmups so I have free play of them ^_^

Oh, and after watching people play KoF and SFIII:3rd strike, I felt an inch tall, some of the people there play with only one hand, which I had never seen, and looked crazy, I mean, they held the joystick inbetween their pinky and ring fingers, and did the buttons with the other fingers that were free.

There is not a SINGLE cab at my school.


Well, if there is... it's in some dark corner I have yet to find.

I'm not at school any more but my university often had shooters like Progear and Dimahoo. The only problem was that they got rid of them almost instantly since everyone else was pumping loonies into the dance games instead.

Not a bad lineup? NOT A BAD LINEUP? Do you know how many people I would kill to have an arcade like that around here?!!?

Wait... I didn't see any Dance Dance machines listed. Nevermind.

I couldn't be more happy there isnt a DDR or Bemani machine in there, the echo would drown out all other sounds in there.

My god, that lineup is practically arcade heaven, especially nowadays. You do know arcades a dying breed, right? So far 4 in my area are gone. One of them being the campus arcade. It was very rinky dinky, the newest game they had was Samurai Shodown I. But they had Medieval Madness :(

Yes I do, as I'm in Southern California, but then again, between the 3 arcade I frequent, I have any and all games I could want in those 3 (SHGL, Arcade Infinity and Palomar)

And yes, I know thats a godly lineup for arcades nowadays.

Shit, no wonder... NGE IS in California. Good point.

Christ, those cabs don't even exist in dedicated arcades in my area.

Yeah, that is a beautiful setup at that arcade, NGE, your lucky! At least you know you'll never be bored on campus :)
