Yeah, OZ is a REALLY raw and grimy show. And not just as far as the nudity and sex is concerned. The Show is BRUTAL. One or two characters tend to die per episode. There's rampant drug use. Beatings. You name it. As for all the dick on the show, yeah, I'm not happy about it, but it's in a prison, so what are you gonna do? Me, I just tightly shut my eyes whenever dick pops up on the screen. I think OZ needs a pop-up video-type thing where a counter appears on the screen to prepare you: "Dick appearing in 3...2...1...". :) However, I have to admit, they went a little too nuts with all the dick this past season. Last season had more dick than I think all of the previous seasons combined. What the hell?Quote:

Killing Hill off is part of what I love about OZ- there's no other show on television that would kill off it's MAIN CHARACTER! Can't wait to see how they wrap everything up though. Will Beecher be paroled, get out, and get away with his daughter before Schillinger has him killed? Will Augustus' death cause Redding to start a full-scale prison war with the factions that caused it? Will Alvarez and Omar White ever TRULY find paths to redemption? Will O'Reilly and Dr. Nathan ever get it on? Is Cyril really gonna get the juice? Hoo! I can't wait! :)
And yeah, they have a lot of plot threads to tie up in just one season. Personally, I think Beecher will end up killing Schillinger. I think it's just the way it has to be. One plot thread I don't give a shit about is the whole Beecher/Keller "romance". Sorry, I just can't relate to gay shit. They try to present their relationship in the "aww, gee" kinda way, but I just sit there gagging.
Oh, and here's something amusing for you all, in case you haven't seen it already- The OZ Prison Bitch Name Generator. :) My name was "The Undertaker" (not bad). However, my friend did it and his name came out as "Cum Queen". :lol:
Also, I have the first season on DVD. It's a nice 3-disc set, with some nice extras like deleted scenes and running commentary with the series' creator and the guy that plays Beecher. Hopefully the other seasons will be released soon...
