There aren't nearly enough places online to find PC Engine games, so that be something I'd love to see more of.

A good selection of old and new import software/hardware is a must! Keep your eyes peeled for obscure little titles that are mostly mentioned on message boards and carry those, along with the popular stuff and you'll do quite well.
One thing you should stay AWAY from, however: Neo Geo stuff. Too pricey. Not worth it.
Games.
The great thing about the VCD format is that you can copy the cd, and sell copies.
Pirate it up!
The problem with selling accessories, and the reason you don't see so many both with us and NCS, is the fact that #1 they're usually heavy and end up costing a chunk to ship which then makes them quite expensive to sell and #2 they're usually made in such limited production that they dry up in no time. Take the Hori Tekken Stick and the PS2 VF4 Arcade Stick. Both of those got such limited runs that they almost immediately became impossible to get. Hell we only got half the VF4 sticks that we were supposed to and we couldn't get anymore, no matter who we contacted and how hard we begged and pleaded. Also just to let you know... online store competition is pretty fierce. To really stand a chance out there you need to do something like Matt over at wolfgames. Which means you need to come up with some very good contacts over in Japan who can get you rare stuff at a great price, which is unfortunately a very hard thing to do.
Seriously, if you have no moral qualms, sell the Japanese porn, that will keep your profits up during the slow times.
And like 88 said, high quality copies are acceptable in the JapVCD department, go for it.
What every import store carries to help them out during the slow times: DRAGON BALL Z.
The kids will eat that shit up while their parents buy the Japanese porn featuring kids eating shit.
And you'll get tons of orders made by kids that want to pay with Money Order and then never, EVER send their money. Seriously, of all the DBZ orders we get, I'd say we ship about 1/3 of them. And from what Matt over at wolfgames tells me, it's even worse for him.Quote:

If you want to sell to kids, you gotta keep an eye on what's popular like the anime they have on Cartoon Network. Gundam figures, Yu-gi-oh cards, DBZ games, whatever. Especially if you're in a neighborhood where there's plenty of kids.
