Hehe... I'm torn between agreeing with Lithium about the "not playing a game so it doesn't count" and Burgundy. (since if Despair hasn't played MM2, then it'll be out!) :(

Well, I dont think that the fact that I havent played MM2 yet, should lead to its banishing from the list. Let it say, since I have no problems with the game, and I'm sure most of the people think the same.
True. But the problem is that games that are universal are more likely to bring negative opinions. I'm sure everyone on this board has played Super Mario Bros. but not everyone likes it.Quote:

The ruling stands as this:
If a game is so obscure that most people haven't played it it goes.
If you DISLIKE a game it goes.
If you haven't played a game because you despise it, it goes.
If you just happened to miss a game and have no STRONG opinion on it, it stays.
If this thing has to end with a game most like and a few tolerate, so be it.
PS: There will be no more genre or series removals. Single games only, its more fun that way. :)

I've got no glaring problems with the ones still in the race. Super Mario World is meh to me... but I guess it's not horrible.
I did want to shoot down some recent nominations:
Megaman 3 == trash. I really don't know why some people say that it's somehow better than MM2, when MM3 made me stop playing the series entirely (whereas MM2 is among my top 5 games of all time)
Super Punchout was incredibly disappointing. I'd rather play Glass Joe 16x in a row on Mike Tyson's Punchout than play thru Super PO again.
